This notice describes how 516Labs, a brand of Sequence Now Corp., handles information you provide when contacting us or submitting a testing request.

Information we collect

When you submit a request or message, we collect the details you choose to provide — such as your name, contact method, company, project location, dates and a description of your requirement. We do not require a login or a company profile to make an inquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to price and schedule the testing requirement and to respond to your inquiry. Where a testing program is arranged, we use it to run the schedule and send reports to the recipients you designate.

Testing and reports

Information necessary to complete your testing request is shared only with the parties performing that work. Results are issued on the laboratory report to the recipients you designate.

Retention and access

We retain inquiry and project records as needed to provide services and meet business and legal obligations. Customer records are protected by authentication; published pages and robots rules are not a substitute for that access control.

Browser status access

When you create a focused testing program, 516Labs temporarily stores the pending intake details and retry credentials in this tab's session storage until the request succeeds, you explicitly start a new request, or the tab or browser session ends. After a successful request, 516Labs attempts to store the last TP program reference and an opaque bearer status token in this browser's local storage. The token is used only to retrieve the limited program milestones available at the program-status page. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to view that status, and anyone with access to an open tab may be able to see a pending intake. On a shared device, use a private browser session or clear the site data for 516labs.com when finished. Clearing browser storage removes local retry and status access but does not delete an underlying request; contact 516Labs with the TP reference if you need help.
