What the schedule covers
Each sampling visit is booked against your interval, with access arranged ahead of the date so building staff are ready. Samples are delivered within laboratory receiving windows, and results are issued to your named recipients with collection dates recorded.
Water treatment, disinfection and the professional compliance responsibilities held by the building's qualified person sit outside testing and remain with the parties responsible for them.
As of this review, the current NYC page requires monthly Legionella samples with no more than 31 days between samples, and the collection date reported by the building's qualified person within five days.
